Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Refund Policy
We follow a strict no-refund policy on all orders.
However, refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
- Product not received
- Product lost during transit
- Wrong product delivered
- Product damaged during shipping
If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Return & Replacement Policy
Returns are accepted only if the product received is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
The return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
After verification, our team will initiate a replacement within 2–3 business days.
The replacement product is generally delivered within 4–7 business days after dispatch.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 24 hours with your order details and clear photos/videos of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used products
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
- Requests made after 24 hours of delivery
Delivery Delays
Delivery timelines may occasionally be affected due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Rosedale is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners.
